Tap “Book a session”, pick a date and time, add your child's details and verify your mobile number. You pay ₹500 per session through Razorpay (UPI or card).
If an educator cancels a session, the full fee goes straight back to you as HomeLearn Credits. If an educator doesn't turn up, raise a dispute from your account within 14 days. We check the session and refund it to your credits. Credits stay in your account and work with any educator on HomeLearn. Refunds are always made as credits, not cash.
