Pick a time and request a free 60-minute trial. Sheena confirms it, and there's no payment for the trial. If it goes well, book regular sessions from this page.
If an educator cancels a session, the full fee goes straight back to you as HomeLearn Credits. If an educator doesn't turn up, raise a dispute from your account within 14 days. We check the session and refund it to your credits. Credits stay in your account and work with any educator on HomeLearn. Refunds are always made as credits, not cash.
